STRONGUARD™

The Fensec StronGuard™ palisade fencing system has been specifically designed
to provide an ultra high security perimeter for the protection of valuable assets
while presenting an aesthetic and formidable physical barrier.

StronGuard™ counters the known weaknesses of traditional steel palisade and security
mesh fence systems via Fensec’s patented pale and rail system.

Fensec’s unique and flexible design allows for extreme site variations without
the need for cutting, welding and re-fitting sections.

StronGuard™ is available in four versions to suit security requirements.

The 4mm D Profile Pale
Fensec D shaped pales are manufactured 4mm thick rolled steel then galvanised.
The 4mm D profile pale provides additional bend, flex and cut resistance as well
as fastener protection. There is no access to pale fasteners as bolts sit behind the
front face of the pale.

Each 4mm pale...

• Has a triple pointed barb at the top-most point
• Provides more strength than the traditional 2.5mm barb
• Prevents access to pale fasteners

There is no access to rivets from the unsecured side of the fence, increasing
security. Access to the rivet from the secure side is limited and protected by
angle iron rail.

Fensec’s patented pail and rail system
Each Fensec post has 3 laser cut slots for the insertion of the angle iron rails.
Each rail has a 10mm x 20mm locking slot to ensure rail is home and secure.
Rails slide into position and drop home onto the slot and into the locked position. The top rail is then further secured by an internal locking pin fitted inside the post.

Independent tests in the UK and Australia have demonstrated that StronGuard™
can resist more than 200 direct hits with a 6.3kg sledgehammer without fail or
breach. The system also successfully defeated penetration by common hand
tools and levers.
